Documentation And Manuals

CyberTime version 6.2 and greater include a help file that can be accessed from your CyberTime menu folder.  It documents most of the questions you should have.

SUPPORT POLICIES
Free support for all versions of CyberTime prior to 6.2 expired October 1, 2003.  For a small fee of $50/hr US, you can continue to receive support on CyberTime 5 and/or CyberTime 6.0.

Free support for the current version of CyberTime is through email.  Please allow up to one week to respond to email requests.  Additional telephone support is available as neccessary for $50 US / hour.  This includeds support on configuration and operation of CyberTime.  ( Please note: the hour includes the time required to research your issue.) 

While CyberTime is setup to install itself with relative ease, problems or questions may arise for the various system configurations and uses.

Phone Support Service Contracts   can be purchase for higher levels of technical support of CyberTime. The contracts are available for $200 US and provide 5 hours of technical support on an annual basis. This service contact includes phone support, consultation and database repair or reconstruction. Programming customizations are not included with the service contract.

Customization Of CyberTime - can be done by hiring our services to enhance CyberTime to specifically meet your special needs. Please contact Robin Johnson at
