Cyber-Time 6 Reports

Type : Server Application

What does it do? Why would you use it?

The CyberTime 5 reports were designed to give you flexibility in showing data for sales figures, time used and other system information. CyberTime 6 has enhanced and simplified these features and some have been improved.

There are five available reports and various ways to configure parameters for report production. These reports are:

  • Receipt Report - Provides a list and summary of all receipts within a certain time period.
  • Summary Report - Provides an analysis of account data and revenue by account type for a certain period of time.
  • Application Tracking Report - Provides a log and analysis of applications tracked during user sessions for a certain period of time.
  • User Activity Report - Provides a detailed list of user activity for a certain period of time.
  • Employee Report - Provides a detailed list of activity of employees on the accounts manager for a certain period of time.

To start the reports program, select it from the Server's desktop. When it runs, you will be asked for a user name and password. Only the master user name and password will allow access to the reports application.

Upon correct entry of the user name and password, the first report screen will be present.

All reports have the ability to specify certain parameters for report production. The basic parameter options will also appear in the same layout. To produce the report, you need only select the parameters you want and select the Produce Report button. This will create a preview of the report available for hard copy production.

The parameters for the reports are mostly in the form of date specifications. For example, to limit the report data to be considered to a specific date, you select the option For a specific date and enter the corresponding data in the For Date box.

All additional date parameter entries work the same. You also have the option on many reports to limit the report to a specific workstation or even a specific user or employee.
