 Gaming at CDM Computers
Welcome one and all to our LAN gaming sessions held EVERY Saturday at CDM Computers. We
have been gaming since June '03. We are expanding to include more people who love to paly
and want to share fun, knowledge and the love of the games. Everyone is welcome to play,
and any needed help/support can be given on the spot by our technicians. We have a game
server, comfortable seating, the connections for power and networking, plus all the food
you can eat - all for only $15. Bring your own computer and a smile and you're ready. We
have held 1 ghost recon tournament since we started and plan to hold others. We are
currently deciding on the games for the upcoming tournaments and want your input on the
form below. At CDM the gaming is driven by
YOU, the gamer. YOU request the game and if patches/utilities/dedicated servers are
available for the game of your choice let us know, we will download them and have them
ready for you to play when you arrive. Event if you don't have a system you can reserve
one of our two gaming machines before the gaming session. PLEASE drop and e-mail before
Friday of each week letting us know if you will be available.
And the only last thing we ask is that everyone be as virus
free as possible, the game server is installed with anti-virus and will scan the network
during machine idle. If a virus is found we will have to remove you from the network
while a fix is applied. We hold this policy for the reason that we are not
responsible for any aspect of your data or hardware failure, but will do whatever we can
to keep it safe so we aren't wasting time loading software/troubleshooting during and
important tournament.
