Frequently Asked Questions
Q: |
When I download, I receive an Error 034, I/O error? |
A: |
You need a new license because an I/O error means
you will have to re-download the software. |
Q: |
Can I use CyberTime to charge for items other than time? |
A: |
Yes, with the POS console, you can make a list of
items you want to sell. You have full control on price, quantity, and even tax. |
|
Q: |
CyberTime keeps freezing/locking up during run-time? |
A: |
This is due to a conflict with the Windows SVGA
video driver and the Borland database that Cyber-Time uses. Update the driver with minimum
settings of 800 x 600 pixels and 256 colors to correct this. |
Q: |
My auto-create accounts print 1 per page, and in the upper left-hand
corner? |
A: |
On your server click the System Administrator icon;
in it you must set off your paper-tape style-printing format. |

A: |
Not at this time, but we are working on making later
versions compatible. |
Q: |

& what might be the problem? |

The "E_fail status" error message doesn't
mean anything and will not affect your software in any way |
Q: |
When I try to install Cyber-Time, I get an error message that Microsoft
Data Access is already installed and cannot be updated? |
A: |
This error message is only telling you that
Cyber-Time has detected the right driver and it does not need to be updated. It will not
affect your software in any way. |
Q: |
I receive error messages; unrecognized database format, cannot perform
Table Online operation on a closed dataset? |
A: |
Make sure that you are not running any anti-virus
protection programs, i.e., Norton. Also make sure you do not have any firewalls set up.
Anti-virus programs interfere with Cyber-Time by locking it up. |

I received an error "printer index out of range", what could be
the problem? |
A: |
The error message "Printer Index out of
