Cyber-Time 6 has two phases of installation.

Phase 1 - Install the Server Setup on the server.

Phase 2 - Install the Workstation Setup on each network workstation.

One system must be designated as the server. While this system does not have to necessarily be running Windows NT server, it does have to be a system that will allow all the workstation access to it. The drive and folder where the Cyber-Time 6 database files will be stored (via the server setup) must be visible to the entire network with read/write access rights.

All the other workstations must run the workstation setup.

When installing the program will as you if you want to install Microsoft Data Access Components.  Please click yes.  This will update your MDAC to the latest version.  It should affect no other software on your system negatively as it is released by Microsoft to be backwards compatible.  If  you have questions on how it will react with other database systems on your computer contact the support personel for that system about compatibility with the new MDAC.

Run the application downloaded from this site. Once you have run the application, the software will install automatically. Select the server or workstation software install accordingly.
